Return & Refunds
At The Pyaar Vyaar Show, every product is crafted with love, laughter, and a bit of yaar-y vibe. We hope you enjoy wearing it as much as we enjoyed making it.
However, if something doesn’t go as expected, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Please note:
We do not accept returns/exchanges for size issues once the correct size ordered has been delivered. Kindly refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.
Color variation due to screen display will not be considered a valid reason for return.
Items purchased during Sale or Combo Offers (Duo Packs) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged.
We do not accept return/exchanges for a change of mind after placing an order.
Exchange Process
Drop us an email at thepyaarvyaarshow@gmail.com with your Order ID and issue details.
Attach photos/videos clearly showing the defect or incorrect item.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship the product back to us (depending on your location).
After inspection, we’ll ship your replacement product within 5–7 working days.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:
The ordered item is out of stock.
The wrong product is received and the customer doesn’t want a replacement.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after product verification.
COD Orders: Refunds for COD purchases will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after the customer shares their details via email.
